ARENA APX isolates by using a carbon fibre surface which is held within a ring of stainless steel. 

ARENA APX maintains the energy paths of the player, as intended by the original manufacturer & designer, and by isolating below the feet of the player all the necessary stability and grounding is there.
In this way a consistency is brought to the sound.

ARENA APX uses carbon fibre with an amount of damping to achieve a high performance whilst also maintaining natural dynamics and rhythm.

Inside is a viscous layer which isolates and dampens at its mid-point, below the carbon fibre. This all sits within the outer ring which is CNC machined from austenitic stainless steel. This in itself is a beautiful material with high density, damping and strength. A soft contact pad at its base further isolates from the audio surface below.
